1. Foracort 200 Rotacaps must not be swallowed
2. Place the Rotacap at the base of your Rotahaler
3. Twist the mouthpiece until a "click" sound is heard indicating it's properly closed
4. Hold the mouthpiece downward and keep it between your teeth and close your lips on it and breathe in deeply
5. Hold your breath for a few seconds and if some medicine powder is left in the rotahaler breathe it in again
6. Wash your mouth fully clean after using the rotahaler to avoid any type of infections
