• Montek LC Tablet contains Levocetirizine 5mg, Montelukast 10mg used for the treatment of symptoms of allergies like leaky or stuffed nose, sneezing, itchy sensation, excess tears flowing from the eyes
• It is also used for the treatment of skin allergies and hay fever
• Chemical Class: Enantiomer of cetirizine
• Addictive Drug: No
• Therapeutic Class: Respiratory
• Action Class: Third generation histamine H1 receptor antagonist, Leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs)
• Schedule “H” drug Warning: Not to be sold without the prescription of a registered medical practitioner
• Store in a dry & dark place, at a temperature below 30°C

Pregnant women can get Montek LC Tablet prescribed by their doctors as it is safe to take during pregnancy. The medicine is however not safe for breastfeeding mothers

• The medication can cause a dizzy sensation, do not do any tasks that require focus
• The tablet can cause a dry mouth condition, keep drinking a lot of water and fluids
• If you are to take any allergy tests avoid taking the tablets max of three days before the test
