Telma CT 80/12.5 Tablet may not be safe to take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers must consult their doctors regarding the use of this medicine

• Drink a lot of water and fluids when taking this medicine as it may cause dehydration (loss of water from the body) and cause excess thirst, dry mouth condition
• Reduce the intake of salt in food and eat healthy food, try to reduce your weight
• Avoid doing any stressful work or activities as this medicine can cause a dizzy feeling
• Check your blood pressure levels regularly and inform your doctor if they have too much fluctuation

• Inform your doctor if you previously had a heart attack or if you have low blood pressure, low potassium levels in the body, low electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium in the body)
• Tell your doctor if you have difficulty in passing urine, swellings under the skin due to allergies, or any autoimmune diseases
