• Diabetes Medications
• Anti-depressant (bupropion, selegiline, isocarboxazid, phenelzine)
• Painkillers (Aspirin, Ibuprofen)
• Blood thinners (Heparin)
• Low blood Pressure medicines (lisinopril, enalapril, ramipril, benazepril, captopril, fosinopril, moexipril, perindopril, quinapril, trandolapril, enalaprilat, aliskiren)
• Water pills (amiloride, spironolactone, triamterene)
• Antibiotic Medication (trimethoprim)

Telmiget Trio 40mg/10mg/6.25mg Tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Cilnidipine 10mg, Chlorthalidone 6.25mg

Telmisartan works by blocking the action of a hormone called angiotensin II, which constricts blood vessels and increases blood pressure. By blocking the action of angiotensin II, Telmisartan helps to relax blood vessels, which results in lower blood pressure

Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that works by blocking the entry of calcium ions into the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels, which reduces the contraction of these muscles and allows blood vessels to relax, which leads to low blood pressure


Chlorthalidone works by increasing the excretion of sodium and water through the kidneys, which helps to reduce the amount of fluid in the body and subsequently lower blood volume, which helps to lower blood pressure
