• The medicine can make you feel weak and unsteady when you take it for the first time for a few days
• Your doctor will regularly check the amount of urea, creatinine, and potassium in your blood. Take the necessary tests 
• Avoid taking medicines that are used for redness, swelling, or pain (anti-inflammatory drugs) when you use Tsart 80mg as they may increase potassium levels in your blood
• Avoid foods that are potassium-rich or any potassium supplements
